Media Planner
The Media Planner/Buyer is responsible for the maintenance of media plans, analyzes research and reporting, and provides support to the assigned media teams for strategy and planning.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists in the creation and execution of media plans
Executes digital campaigns on social media platforms and paid search platforms
Develops media authorizations, vendor RFPs and IOs in accordance with the client plans
Maintains contact with media vendors for proposals, research, and other needs
Monitors client billings
Compiles research data and media/marketing information
Prepares competitive reports
Executes the broadcast buy process by sending avail requests, entering the buys in the system, reconciling the invoices to match the buy, and assisting with the post buy analysis
Participates in internal agency collaboration and vendor meetings
QUALIFICATIONS
1-3 years media planning and/buying related experience required
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proved ability to handle multiple priorities/tasks
Strong organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
Preferred fields of study/related experience: Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, Finance
