Management Supervisor

To be a Management Supervisor at FerebeeLane, agency experience is a definite plus, but if you're smart, have a deep understanding of marketing and advertising as a client-side brand leader and are driven to be better everyday then keep reading as this might be a position for you.

responsibilities

  • To be curious about how to solve problems in a way that respects the objective to be achieved as well as the client/agency relationship

  • Build consultative client relationships by earning the trust through understanding the clients business, as well as an ability to offer solutions, both traditional and non-traditional, that can help move the business forward

  • Be a champion for the agency and for the client by knowing how to navigate the messy human relationships that can cause conflict if not careful

  • Collaborating with team members to create and execute project work plans, revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements to ensure key milestones are met

  • Preparing timelines, estimates, status reports and other account services documentation

  • Managing and being accountable to project schedules and budgets

  • Help successfully manage your clients to meet the profitability goals.

  • Craft inspiring briefs and persuasive POVs.

qualifications

  • 7+ years Agency experience with a track record of shepherding great work and building strong client relationships

  • Ambition

  • Strong strategic ability with a curious mind

  • Knowledge of all agency departments

  • Experience managing junior employees with a desire to mentor

  • A confident presenter

  • Self-motivated people with the ability to juggle multiple projects and people without being micromanaged

  • Ability to work effectively within a team to develop solutions that flow from a strategic foundation

  • Ability to quickly resolve issues as they arise

  • Meticulous attention to details and overall product quality

  • Thoughtfulness

  • Nice
