Internship Program

The FerebeeLane internship program provides students and recent graduates with hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment. Our mission is to assist in developing the next generation of great marketers and communicators, to instill our philosophy—all we can with all we have—into the work ethics of young strategists, designers, media planners and buyers, PR professionals, videographers and social media marketers. Alternatively, we expect the interns to teach us as well, to share new perspectives, highlight new ways of communicating and take part in candid, thoughtful conversations with a diverse group of professionals.

FAQs

What will interns do every day?

FerebeeLane interns will be assisting the team with real-world client work and will be treated as a part of the FerebeeLane team. Learn more about specific department responsibilities above.

Is it paid?

Yes. Interns will be paid $10 an hour and will be required to track their time. Interns may also receive college credit in lieu of paid compensation. College credit will be worked out on a case-by-case basis.

Will interns work collaboratively with each other?

Yes. At FerebeeLane, we believe that partnership is the most valuable kind of relationship. The creative, public relations, account, and media interns will work collaboratively throughout the duration of the internship to develop and execute a project to present to FerebeeLane leadership.

Do interns work full-time?

The internship schedule is flexible but we expect a 20–40-hour commitment from each intern.

Do you offer internships to out of town/out of state/country interns?

Absolutely! However, we do not offer relocation support to include living arrangements.
