Data Analyst

The Data Analyst is responsible for ingesting client data sets into the analytics dashboard, building visualizations and mining insights from the data that drive performance higher.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Builds, manages, and maintains proprietary dashboards to track current and past clients’ performance.

  • Delivers data insights and recommendations to internal client teams that fuel media and creative recommendations

  • Proactively identifies opportunities to evolve data products and approaches

  • Builds and maintains knowledge of relevant case studies, data, tools and approaches using it to trial new analytical techniques, progressing craft skills of the team

  • Supports the design of optimization tests, tracks performance, and identifies paths forward based on outcomes.

  • Helps establish industry and client-specific benchmarks for performance across key parts of the customer journey and conversion funnel.

    QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience

    • Preferred fields of study/related experience: Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, Data Science

  • Experience in analytics dashboard creation including managing data connections, data flows, visualization, etc. is required

    • DOMO-specific experience is preferred

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing analytics

  • Knowledge of website analytics including Google Analytics: UA and G4, Adobe, etc.

  • Knowledge of statistical techniques and programming languages is preferred

  • Agency or marketing department experience is preferred

  • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, communication, and presentation skills

  • Passionate about data storytelling
